By signing up and actively using the CashDuck program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. CashDuck may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members.

Relationship of the Parties

You and CashDuck are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and CashDuck. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of CashDuck. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the CashDuck program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

CashDuck will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or CashDuck program, even if CashDuck has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, CashDuck aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Credit for offers is not guaranteed. All efforts will be made to obtain credit for those offers that you have legitimately completed; however, it cannot be guaranteed in all cases. You are responsible for providing adequate documentation from the advertising company to substantiate any claims. Repetition of offers is grounds for removal without restitution.

Your account must be in your own name. You are not permitted to sign up for any offers on behalf of someone else. All activity on this site must be carried out solely in your own name. Violation of this rule may result in deletion.

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with CashDuck and may result in legal prosecution. CashDuck strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. CashDuck may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. CashDuck will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use CashDuck's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.

CashDuck collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.

Some of our services require you to register for an account. CashDuck asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, mailing address, email address, and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service.

Your username and IP address may be used to identify you in fraud prevention efforts.

Upon your first visit to CashDuck, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.

We use cookies to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us. CashDuck does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people access our site.

Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some CashDuck features or services may not function properly without cookies.

Any material presented on CashDuck is considered to be the property of its owner and may not be used without the express permission of its owner. Unauthorized use will be considered as plagiarism and treated thus.

1. You may not complete offers on CashDuck that you have completed elsewhere. This is grounds for reversal of the repeated offers and possibly removal from the site if the abuse is bad enough. If there is clear evidence of repetition, any offers that I find you have done on other sites will be revesed on CashDuck. One or two accidental repeats of freebies is not seen as abuse; repeating the same trial offer ten times on ten different sites is definitely abuse. If you abuse CashDuck or other GPT sites, your account here will be removed and you will not be paid.

2. You may only sign up for offers in your own name, and only one person may use the account. The exception is married couples living in the same household, who may share an account.
|
3. Address verification may be required for a small number of users whose address cannot be verified by the system. If I send you an email asking for address verification, and you do not respond or refuse to provide it, your account may be suspended and withdrawals revoked.

4. You may not use false information when signing up for offers. You may use only your own valid information to complete offers. Using false phone numbers, neighbors' addresses, fake names, etc, is grounds for removal from the site without payment.
|
5. Anyone who has three or more offer reversals may be removed from the site without payment. Additionally, anyone promoting fraudulent methods such as repeating offers, falsifying or altering personal information, etc, may be removed from the site without payment.
